All our products come with a full 30 days warranty.
We stand behind every product we sell. All adult toys go through rigorous testing before shipping, which is why we proudly offer a 30 days warranty from the date of purchase. To activate your warranty, please register your product using the form below within 14 days of receiving your order.
For warranty replacements, please email us atqiaranguoji1234@gmail.com with your full name, order number, shipping address, and a short video demonstrating the issue. Please note that the warranty does not cover water damage.
If you purchased our products from a physical retailer and need after-sales support, we can assist you online. To help us process your request quickly, please provide your purchase receipt or the UPC code found on the product packaging, so we can verify your purchase and assist you accordingly.
